Install, repair, replacement, and the compliance inspections that catch problems before they become claims. Rope access is the default access method; scaffolding where the job genuinely needs it.

Repair and replacement

Damaged panels, failed fixings, weathered finishes, impact damage. Single panel through to multi-storey programmes. Coordinated with the building manager on access windows so tenants downstairs aren’t disrupted.

Compliance inspection

Façade and cladding condition inspections with photographic reporting suitable for QBCC, insurance, and strata records. Where non-conforming cladding is identified, we scope the remediation honestly and price it accordingly.

New install

Cladding install programmes on new builds and refits — coordinated with the broader construction sequence so cladding doesn’t become the critical path.

Do you do cladding compliance inspections (combustible cladding)?

Yes. Façade and cladding inspections with photographic reporting suitable for QBCC compliance, insurance, and strata committee records. Pairs with our building inspections service.

Can rope access actually install cladding, or is it just for repair?

Both. Repair and replacement work is the routine use case. Full new-install cladding programmes are also delivered on rope access where the geometry and panel size allow — for very large panels or first-fix on new builds, scaffolding may be the right tool and we’ll say so.

How do you handle cladding fixings on coastal stock?

Coastal corrosion accelerates fixing failure, often well before the visible cladding surface shows wear. Inspection scope and repair specification on Gold Coast and exposed coastal buildings factor that in.
