The problem we solve.
When something goes wrong at height — a failed pane, water tracking into a tenancy, a cladding panel flagged in an inspection — a building manager’s options are usually slow and expensive: scaffold a whole tower to reach one pane, wait weeks for an access quote, or split the job between a trade that diagnoses and a trade that repairs, and hope the leak actually stops.
Konstruct exists to take that friction away. One IRATA-certified crew diagnoses, repairs, and signs off — on rope, often the same week, without standing up scaffold. Less downtime, less disruption to the tenants below, and a documented paper trail at handover.
We work with builders, body corporate and strata managers, facilities and building managers, and commercial property owners — on commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and broader Queensland.
The work.
Konstruct delivers difficult-access construction, maintenance, and industrial rope access work across Queensland. The bulk of it is high-rise — glazing replacement and install, cladding repair and compliance, façade remediation, water leak diagnosis — but the same crew handles industrial infrastructure, signage and rigging, and 24/7 emergency response when something at height fails outside business hours.
We service all of Queensland, with the routine response footprint covering Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and broader south-east Queensland. Larger jobs mobilise statewide — and for major projects, we mobilise Australia-wide.
Leadership.
Depth across the whole team, not just the top. When you engage Konstruct you deal with people who have done this work or managed it, at every level — on the tools or running the project. The team is led by an IRATA Level 3 director (the highest individual rope access qualification recognised internationally, two decades on the tools), but that experience runs right through the crew.
Our management team comes from genuinely diverse backgrounds — heavy fabrication, civil construction, major façade and curtain-wall projects, and large-scale glazing. That range is the point: hard-won practical judgement on every job, whatever the sector or the challenge.
Team.
Konstruct’s crew is competency-verified across glazing, carpentry, and rope access. The trade qualification sits alongside the IRATA training, not behind it.

How we work.
Every job follows the same documented process — survey, rig, execute, sign-off. We assess access requirements, anchor points, and site hazards before a single rope goes up. Once on the ropes, a competency-verified crew works the building with the trade qualifications the work actually requires. On completion, photographic records go to the building manager so there’s a paper trail beyond the invoice.
