What we do.
Konstruct works commercial roofs across Queensland where the usual access route isn’t safe or practical — buildings without compliant anchor systems, awkward roof geometry, or roofs where the only safe approach is from above on rope.
Where it fits.
Roof inspection
Surfaces, parapets, expansion joints, drainage outlets, mechanical penetrations. Pairs naturally with water leak detection when the symptom inside the building points upward.
Repair
Localised waterproofing repair, sealant work, fixings, drainage clearance. Where possible, completed in the same mobilisation as the inspection.
Waterproofing
Full waterproofing replacement programmes scoped separately — these are usually multi-day jobs and benefit from dedicated planning.
What it includes.
- Rope access from above — no reliance on roof-mounted anchor systems that may not exist
- Photographic record of inspected and repaired areas
- Written report suitable for insurance and compliance
- Coordination with building inspections where the work surfaces broader condition issues
Common questions.
Why rope access for roof work?
Because conventional roof access often isn’t safe or practical — no compliant anchor points, awkward geometry, or proximity to edge fall hazards. Rope access provides positive attachment from above for the duration of the work, regardless of what the roof itself offers.
Do you work on commercial roofs only, or residential too?
Commercial roofs are the primary focus — apartment buildings, mixed-use, industrial. Single-dwelling residential is usually better suited to a local roofing contractor.
Can you fix a leak you find during an inspection?
For most repairs, yes — in the same mobilisation where possible. Larger waterproofing replacement programmes are scoped and quoted separately.
