Common questions.
Do you work with all the major carriers?
We work under the site authority and coordination requirements of whoever the asset owner or network operator is. That includes coordinating inductions, permit-to-work, and access procedures for carrier-managed infrastructure. Specific carrier relationships depend on the project — call us to discuss.
Can you handle antenna swaps without disrupting the network?
Antenna swap-outs and decommissioning are a standard scope for us. The network interruption question is an RF and carrier operations matter — we coordinate access timing with the carrier's maintenance window. Our job is to make the physical access safe and efficient within whatever window they nominate.
Do you work on towers outside Brisbane?
All of Queensland. Telecom towers are rarely in convenient city locations — we're set up to mobilise to regional and remote sites as needed.
